You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Counselling offers a gentle, confidential space to explore what's going on, at your own pace, without judgement.

I'm Rachel Edwards, a qualified counsellor based in Suffolk. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties or simply feeling stuck in life.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be truly heard. That real change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest.

Sessions last one hour and provide a confidential space for you to talk about whatever feels important. There's no set agenda. We work at your pace, exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences together.
This varies from person to person. Some people come for a short period, while others choose to work longer-term. We can review this together as we go, depending on what feels right for you.
Sessions are offered in Suffolk and online. We can discuss what works best for you.
Sessions are £55. A limited number of concessionary spaces are available for students and trainee counsellors.
Yes, sessions are confidential. There are some limits to confidentiality, which will be explained clearly before we begin working together.
